FAQs

What do I do with my jewelry and valuables?

Please remove all jewelry and watches before your service begins. Each room has a designated spot for your belongings. Unfortunately, we are not able to take responsibility for valuables that are lost or left behind or any damage that may occur during a service if the item is left on.

When should I arrive for my appointment?

We suggest that you check in at the concierge desk 10-15 minutes prior to your reservation so that you may relax and prepare for your treatment. Late arrivals are subject to reduced treatment time.

Do you accept cash or card?

We accept both forms of payment as well as gift certificates.

How do gratuities work?

As in all service-related businesses it is common to tip the person who has done a good job to the satisfaction of the customer. If you wish to leave a gratuity, this can be done at the concierge desk at check out.

What if I have any Health Concerns?

If you have any concerns, please consult your physician before visiting any spa.

What if I prefer to not talk during my service?

That is absolutely okay! Each and every client has individual needs and you may come to us looking for a day of quiet. Please feel free to let either the concierge or your service provider know that you prefer to enjoy your service in silence and they will be sure to respect your needs.

What is the cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy at MIND BODY is 50% of service value when you cancel within 36 hours or less of your appointment time. If you do not cancel your appointment and are considered a no show or the cancellation/modification is within 6 hours of your scheduled appointment, the charge will be 95% of your service value.

What is the spa etiquette?

Each of our professionals are trained to appropriately drape you for privacy. You may undress down to your comfort level. We provide robes and slippers for any service that will require them.

Do you accommodate groups and parties?

We love groups and parties! Just reach out to a member of our concierge for assistance with planning, we are more than happy to help.

Policies and Guidelines:

At Mind Body, we require a 50% deposit for all bookings to secure your appointment and ensure that our providers are optimally utilized. This policy helps us reduce no-shows and last minute cancellations, allowing us to provide the best service to all our valued clients. This deposit will be applied to your service total and is non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation/modification. 

We kindly require at least 36 hours’ notice for any cancellations, reschedules, or modifications to your appointment. 

 Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations or changes made with less than 36 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

  • Cancellations or changes made less than 6 hours before your appointment or no-shows will be charged 95% of the full-service cost.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These policies are in place to support our staff, honor their time, and ensure the highest level of care for all of our guests.

Late arrivals: We strive to provide timely and efficient services to all of our clients. If a client arrives late for their scheduled appointment, the treatment duration will be shortened accordingly to ensure that we can still accommodate other scheduled clients. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

***High Volume Periods***

February 1st-20th and May 1st-20th During this time we require 72 hours notice. This extended notice helps us manage the high demand and better serve all clients.


*Groups+Events: Your group reservation (3 or more clients) is reserved especially for you and requires a deposit. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us 72 hours in advance. Any group cancellations/modifications within 72 hours are subject to forfeiture of the deposit and a cancellation fee.

*Kids Spa Parties: Parties must be booked in advance and require a non-refundable deposit of $200 at the time of scheduling. The remaining balance is due 48 hours in advance of the scheduled date. There are no refunds or reschedules for Kids Spa Parties as these are private spa rentals.

Refund Policy: At Mind Body we understand the importance of maintaining a fair and balanced approach when it comes to our refund policy. While we strive to provide exceptional services and ensure customer satisfaction there are certain situations where a no refund policy is necessary for the smooth operation of our business.

-Gift Certificates are non-refundable. Any remaining balance of a gift certificate will always be applied as a credit to your account. Gratuities cannot be paid through gift certificates.

-Gift Certificates cannot be used for payment towards specials or promotions or used for gratuities.

-Specials are a limit of one (1) per client per visit. Specials may not be combined at any time.
